How I can help
From the nutritional management of chronic health conditions to safe and sustainable weight-management programmes, I'll use my knowledge and skills gained over 15 years in NHS clinical practice to help you meet your health goals. While I’m delighted to meet and support clients on all kinds of journeys, I specialise in:
Reproductive Health
Struggling with symptoms of PCOS, PMS or PMDD, thyroid problems, or another condition? I'll look at how food choices and other lifestyle factors could ease your symptoms. Importantly, I won’t simply put you on a diet - I’ll use my personal, tailored approach to show you how to eat quality foods, not just less.
Fertility & Pregnancy
If you’re trying to conceive or going through fertility treatment, rethinking your diet and lifestyle could improve your chances of success. And if you’re already expecting, carefully considered nutrition is important for both you and your baby. On your own or with your partner; all are very welcome.
Obesity
I believe in the Health at Every Size ethos, and I team these values with clinical evidence to give guidance that truly works for you. So, as well as working towards body composition goals and non-scale objectives, I can help you tackle problems with blood pressure, glucose, and lipids, or even with self-esteem, anxiety and depression.
Thinking of starting or already on a weight loss injection? I can support you to get the most from the treatment by working with you on your diet and lifestyle alongside.
Lifestyle
It’s easy to know when you need a lifestyle change, but not so easy to decide where to begin. I’ll work with you to set goals and identify any health issues or recurring problems, then plan a diet that fits. And if you’re looking to the future, I can coach you in skills that will help you stay healthy and active as the years go by.

About
I’m Alice, a specialist Dietitian who believes in the life-changing power of nutrition.
In my first year of practice, I soon realised that making a difference wasn’t as simple as providing the right evidence-based strategy or the perfect meal plan. I had to get my clients on the same page. That’s when I started asking them the question that changed everything: what makes this important to you?
Now, I look at what’s holding my clients’ back from success - and give them the support they need to find a way past it. I use my skills and knowledge to empower would-be parents, helping them to take control of their diet and lifestyle during an emotional time. I show mums how to build their energy and fitness so that they can race around the park after their children. I support people to develop the self-compassion and courage to face the challenges a long term health condition can pose.
Whatever your goals, my unique approach to nutrition empowers you to live the way you want to live. With my help, I hope to show you not just how to eat better - but how to live better.
Testimonials
“Amazing dietitian with expert advice on PCOS. I had the pleasure of consulting with Alice during the early stages of my second trimester of pregnancy, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and expertise provided. Specialising in PCOS, she demonstrated an unparalleled level of knowledge and expertise that significantly improved my well-being during this crucial phase of life.
One of the standout features of her practice is the depth of her understanding and the meticulous research that underpins her advice. Every piece of guidance she offered was not only incredibly valuable but also rooted in the latest and most relevant research, providing me with a solid foundation for making informed decisions about my diet and overall health.
What truly sets Alice apart is her personalised and holistic approach. From the outset, she took the time to get to know me as an individual, delving into my unique needs and concerns. This personalised touch made the entire experience feel warm, structured, and friendly. Unlike a one-size-fits-all approach, she recognises that each person is different and tailors her recommendations accordingly. Her commitment to setting realistic and achievable goals is commendable. Rather than imposing generic plans, she collaboratively worked with me to establish objectives that aligned with my lifestyle and circumstances. This approach not only made the process more manageable but also increased the likelihood of long-term success.
Beyond her professional expertise, Alice’s approachability played a significant role in fostering a positive and supportive environment. She encouraged open communication, making it easy for me to share concerns and questions without hesitation. This level of approachability created a space where I felt comfortable discussing my unique challenges and receiving guidance tailored to my specific situation. Her expertise, well-researched advice, personalised approach, and warm demeanour make her an invaluable resource for anyone navigating the complexities of nutrition during pregnancy, or anyone struggling to navigate the minefield of PCOS.
I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a truly tailored and supportive approach to their dietary and overall well-being.”
“Firstly, working with Alice has taught me so much! I mean both practically, in learning how food fuels me and which foods contain what key nutrients (and how to get the “balance”). As well as psychologically changing my outlook on food, and actually enjoying eating.
Alice is kind, honest and extremely supportive. Creating an environment where I felt comfortable to openly discuss success and areas of improvement. Alice always provided a non judgemental, safe space. Helping me to learn and grow. And ultimately, to develop the knowledge and skills I needed to succeed without her.
If you have a need, I would highly recommend anyone, everyone in fact to work with Alice. It is the best and kindest thing I have done for myself in years and I will carry all these learnings with me into my future.”
“I can truly say that working with Alice has been a complete joy. In all honesty I was slightly nervous about contacting a dietician, worried about paying just to be put on a diet! But I’m happy to report that this was not the dynamic I experienced at all.
Instead, my sessions with Alice enabled me to spark a total shift in my relationship with food and helped lift so much anxiety and tension around food that I wasn’t even aware I had. My sessions with Alice, which were educational and therapeutic, have empowered me to look after my body and consequently I now have a much kinder relationship with myself. I had no idea that working on my relationship with food and eating would affect other areas of my life and my mental health so much - but it has been surprisingly profound.
I credit this to Alice’s approach. She was wonderful at tailoring the sessions to make me feel comfortable and to fit my learning style, especially when I was encountering new information. She provided me with an abundance of resources and was always available and willing to answer my questions -no matter how simple. She helped me debunk so many of the conflicting messages I’d heard about food and nutrition and I finally feel like I have a fantastic base of knowledge that I can’t believe I went so long without. I hadn’t realised how much diet culture and body negative advertising had skewed my knowledge about food and Alice helped me cut through all that noise.
I feel so lucky to have worked with Alice - she is kind, patient and welcoming. I highly recommend her sessions to anyone who wants to learn about nutrition but also for anyone who feels they would benefit from support with well-being in general.”
